This thing is LOUD. Seriously, it's distracting. And forget about using it if anyone else is home. It feels great but sounds like a damn jet engine.

This remains one of the favorite vibes I've tried as it's powerful enough to provide me some relief, but quiet enough (at least in my opinion) that my housemates don't hear it through our paper thin walls. However, I'm now on my fourth one in about two years. The problem isn't the motor but in the electrical connection between the dial knob and the motor. I've noticed that these metal plates are prone to corrosion, and I think that may be caused from water.* When my last one fritzed out, I noticed that there was a significant amount of moisture in the vibe itself as well as corrosion of the electrical connections. *(The corrosion can also happen to any battery operated device if the batteries are left inside during storage. Babeland always recommends storing your battery operated toys with batteries removed for a substantially longer life span on the product.) I don't think this vibe is as waterproof as advertised, since the only significant amount of water mine sees is when I clean it up. Should you purchase this, I would recommend being very careful when cleaning near the dial and not using it in baths, showers, hot tubs, etc.

Got this as a first step into the world of G-spotting and squirting. up till this point i had quite a few toys, keychain sized pocket vibe, a small slimline, and an off-brand rabbit style vibe. None of these (even the rabbit surprisingly!) did absolutely nothing for the G-spot and I had reverted to using just the slimline as a clit vibe. Then I found the orchid. While i dont think i've mastered the whole G-spot thing, it's gotten much better. one of my few complaints is that when inserted and getting really into it, the wand bit does nothing for that full feeling I like and so sort of fails in that department. However the curve on it is such that if I hold it with a fist-grip, as if the wand bit were like my own penis if i were male, i can use the bulb to stimulate and press against my opening while the wand rests heavily on my clit. This works like a charm to get me off. NEVER FAILS. the few other complaints I have is that it's LOUD. SO LOUD. No use in trying to hide what you're doing, everyone in the house/apartment/dorm floor will hear. Next is the battery life. While its insanely intense with fresh batteries, it wears them down too quickly for my liking. But for the price, it's a great G-spot vibe, but if you like that full feeling, go for something with a bit of girth, not just a silly wand handle.

for the rest of my life. it's sturdy and simple and WORKS. i am never distracted by rattling. it is smooth and simple and i can rely on it. i feel that the 2 AA battery requirement is much more discrete to purchase at the grocery store (than C batteries). also that it uses the AA batteries makes it slimmer, lighter and easier to hold and lets me concentrate on the right things. i highly recommend Orchid G.
